Judges from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will be hearing arguments for SHAKA’s case here in Hawaii.
The Center For Food Safety and EarthJustice have filed paper copies of their proposed Amicus Brief (or Friend of The Court Brief) to be considered by the panel of 3 judges who will be hearing the appeal. All 3 Hawaii cases will be heard between June 13th and 17th at the University of Hawaii Law School.
